By accessing or using Honeyhub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Service Description
Honeyhub is an AI-powered content generation platform that provides:

- •AI video generation and animation services
- •Image and video upscaling tools
- •Character face replacement in videos
- •Generation history and content management
Accounts & Credits
Account Creation
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Credit System
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate content and are consumed based on the type of generation (images, videos, upscaling, etc.). Credit costs vary by service and are displayed before each generation.
Purchases & Refunds
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevented service delivery. Unused credits do not expire.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service responsibly and legally. You must NOT use the Service to:
- •Generate content depicting real individuals without their explicit consent
- •Create content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- •Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
- •Create deceptive content intended to mislead or defraud others
- •Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- •Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
- •Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Content Ownership & License
Your Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you generate using our Service, subject to our license below. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
License to Honeyhub
By using our Service, you grant Honeyhub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We may use anonymized generation data to improve our AI models.
Commercial Use
You may use generated content for commercial purposes, including social media content creation, marketing materials, and other legitimate business uses, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
Disclaimers & Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeyhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- •Violation of these Terms of Service
- •Generating prohibited content
- •Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- •Non-payment or payment fraud
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits may be forfeited in cases of Terms violations.
